Extremely clean and well equipped. Good comfortable beds and nice bedding. Good communication from hosts.

Lack of living room / lounge space.

Excellent flat. Good for our needs. We did our own catering, so the oven and hob were brilliant for us.

Unfortunately, it was a cold wet weekend, and on Sunday night, we could have done with some extra heating. However, I expect most guests would have been comfortable.

The house was immaculate! Super modern interior and big rooms. Bath was amazing 🤩 the communication between the hosts was amazing. Very helpful at all times. Would 100% go back

Location was in an industrial estate. If you have a car it’s no issue at all but if you’re looking to be more central it’s maybe not ideal.

It’s in the middle of an industrial estate, but if like us you’re here to visit Lake District and surrounding attractions then this accommodation is ideal and value for money as long as you have access to a car.

Remote in the main room was filthy and sticky, thankfully we had a pack of wet wipes with us. Dishes washed by previous guests weren’t as clean as expected (tea/coffee marks on the cups).
