Beautiful first floor property, furnished to a very high modern standard. TVs in each of the two bedrooms (one didn’t work though). Loved the bluetooth speakers in the spacious bathroom!

Don’t let the location by an industrial estate put you off! You’d need a car to get to any amenities.

The two bedrooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious. There is a lovely bathroom with a huge bath and a neat galley kitchen. The flat is in a residential cul-de-sac so nice and quiet but you need to be able to walk into the town centre if not driving.

Having to pay a £200 damage deposit that took 14 days to be refunded.

The apartment had been recently renovated it was well equipped and the bathroom was fantastic. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A quiet area of Penrith, so no noise through the night. The rooms and feature's were very clean with lots of space. All basic facilities were available in the apartment with a deep roll top bath. Suitable for two couples or like us travelling an older child. The space will suit many types of travellers.

I was very uncomfortable having to transfer £200 deposit for damages into a bank account outside of Booking.com, along with far too much personal data and information and then was charged £5 to get my deposit back. We had to demonstrate any existing damages within the first hour, which we did by photographing and sending to the owners. After a long drive up and then climbing hills, it was the last thing I wanted to do when getting I got into the property and we never fully relaxed whilst we were there. We have stayed at close to 100 properties and this is the first time we had to go through this process and hand over a deposit, I didn’t like the lack of trust. The apartment is just off an industrial estate so didn’t have the Penrith town character. It looked close to the centre on the map but you have to drive off the estate so the town was difficult to reach without a car. There is a short cut but we couldn’t find it. I also wasn’t keen on two apartments sharing one exterior door without a separate door to where we were sleeping. It felt like someone could walk up the stairs at anytime. My last niggle was the apex ceiling height at the edges, I banged my head getting into bed and my son banged his head getting out the bath.

Loved the property. Beds were extremely comfortable, spacious apartment, quiet area of Penryn. The town itself is great too.
