Hostel is always neat and clean.

More cooking utensils for halaal cooking, seperate utensils and plates to prevent cross contamination.

The cleanliness of the facilities was perfect. The staff was very friendly too and the location pf the place was nearby to everythingwe needed.

Wish the rooms had more cupboard space to be able to hang up clothes. Having clothes in the suitcase for a few days was not ideal and sharing a shelf with another romomate didn't give us enough space to unpack.

Very friendly staff and so so clean. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 10/10

Exceptional customer service from Chris and Richard. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The cleaning staff are also very nice and respectful. The place is always being cleaned so it's never dirty. Everything is in good condition. The balcony view is wonderful, you can just stand there and soak the city in loved it. It's very safe too, you are not constantly worried about someone stealing from you and ohh its just in the city centre.
