SweetStay - Kloof Street

Completely unaccommodating and unwilling to assist with trivial guest matters. The rooms are hot and unventilated. The staff talk about their guests behind their backs. When it comes to them owing you money, they will duck, dodge and dive and make it your problem. They owe me a full refund and are now making it my issue, instead of resolving the issue themselves. At this rate, I hope I get my refund by Christmas.

I really enjoyed everything from the Reception to the cleaners, everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. Shoutout to Chris, and the other front desk people. The managers are also there making sure people are comfortable, and interacting with the guests.Day and Night the outside is always a vibe and very safe. Will definitely come again

Not having windows was a bit difficult. But rooms were cool and comfortable.

Space in the fridge. I had no space at all so had to buy every meal for every meal.
