Th bunk beds need just another step as sometimes it’s not easy to go up

I felt safe, I liked how a person at the reception opened the door for you and that guaranteed your safety. I liked the efficiency of the staff and how hospitable everyone was, especially the Mananger.

The towels in the bathroom weren't always clean.

What a beautiful, vibrant place to stay over. Right in the heart of cafes and restaurants on Kloofstreet, the hustle and bustle you hear from down in the streets, from a friendly and caring checkin and amazing beautiful people in the shared spaces, SweetStay makes you feel right at home. The decoration is well thought out minimalistic and vibey, the beds are comfortable and the shared spaces are clean all the time. On top of that, they even serve breakfast every morning from the kitchen in buffet style. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful - if you need anything, just ask. My stay was a very emotional one and the manager made sure to put a smile on my face with his jokes, the guy at the front desk in the evening giving me his seat to have a quiet space to talk on the phone and the front desk person in the day always made sure to greet you with the most amazing smile and kindess, also the cleaning ladies are very helpful and friendly. Will be sure to be back very very soo. Value for money and very thought out and maintained place. The Sunday all of us even had lunch at the restaurant downstairs. Go there if you're looking for kindness and family. You won't go wrong.

This location is great. The common areas are bright and cosy. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. All people working here met me with a smile everyday. They made me feel at home the second I walked in. I booked it again next week coming back to Cape Town. Ps. Nice breakfast !!!

The only suggestion that I would give is to put a bar up in the locker with 2 hangers. Eventhough I am back packing it is always nice to be able to hang some clothes up. 🙃

from the time they open the door for you, you just feel welcomed. I spent 2 days there, which was so exceptional, it exceed my expectation. The breakfast was well prepared, shout out to the chef. Cleanileness was maintained everywhere around the place plus the network connection was superB. T

Because access is based on ringing the bell, which is inconvenient, they should implement an access system.
