great little place. Nice and cozy. only downside was there seemed to be a brownout at least once a day. The unit was prepared for that with a little generator. But that was only powerful enough to charge the phones and plug in a little fan. The power didn't stay off too long usually though. And all and all the place was great and worked as we needed it to.. would stay again when visiting that region.

Buongiorno, Mi sono recato presso l'appartamento dove c'era la donna delle pulizie. La stessa mi ha informato che non c'era elettricità nell'appartamento e che il blak out durava da alcuni giorni. Constato che l'appartamento è non poteva essere regolarmente utilizzato ho cercato un'altra sistemazione. Si diffida dal trattenere l'importo previsto perché non dovuto. The place is spacious. Comfortable for a large group. The amenities was good. The host is very responsive when it came to requests.

The place is a bit far from the merkado. We experienced short brownouts and the UPS didnt work after a while. The sofa and pillows need a good washing. Consider putting screens on the windows and doors.

it was clean and tidy.

it was smaller than the pictures appeared but still the best in Catarman. it could be cleaned better on the outside.
