Place was clean, had nice lake view, host was friendly and breakfast was great, convenient place to stay while visiting area, parking in the garage.

Everything. Due to a 4 hours flight delay we arrived at the property at 1 o’clock in the morning and was greeted by a smiling (tired) Massimo. Nothing was too much for him and he was a great host throughout our stay.

Remarkable place in a small village there we stayed for a few days. Calm and quiet. Car parking is available. Breathtaking view of Como lake, especially on sunrise from balcony. Nice and cozy room with all necessary equipment, soft bed, kettle, fridge. Unforgettable breakfast was made every morning by the host Massimo who btw was much helpful for us to navigate through local sightseeing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and we would be happy to return some day.

Massimo is the friendliest host I have ever met in an accommodation. We had a wonderful connection and he was very helpful on every little aspect.

The owner, Massimo, was superb. The location was fantastic and the facilities excellent. The breakfast was more than ample which set us up for the day.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about our stay

Massimo was an excellent host and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. He helped us plan our trip around Lake Como and definitely made the most of our time there. Would certainly stay again.

Terrific B&B with spectacular views, excellent tasty breakfasts incorporating eggs, pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses and our particularly friendly and accommodating host Massimo and his cousin Fabio. On warmer days he made sure the air conditioning was on before we arrived back. Beds were comfy and the rooms immaculately clean. This beautiful, peaceful village, is a small number of miles away from popular but more crowded lakeside destinations and very convenient by train or car. You may request to park in the garage. A wealth of information is provided in different languages on nearby beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, gelateria, attractions, trips by boat or cable car. Massimo is attentive in helping with queries, suggesting the most appropriate activities to suit different ages, abilities and weather conditions. This helped us to find walks incorporating sites of local culture, nature, waterfalls and viewpoints and much more. The karaoke on the beach Massimo suggested was a particular highlight.

Massimo was an excellent host and immediately made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much for him and Fabio and we had a great stay. Breakfast was lovely and extensive, the room was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect - quiet, friendly and within a minute of a beach and the train station, which enabled us to easily visit many places on the lake and around. We would love to visit again in the future!
