B&B-FORESTERIA Casa Della Musica Lake Como

Our Stay at Casa della musica was excellent and our expectations! When we arrived the host Massimo welcomed us very heartly and gave us some informations regarding our stay. Moreover, he gave us recommendations on what cities to visit and how to get there. Just 3 minutes by feet there is a train station which gets you to Milan within 1 hour, and 5 minutes to a real nice beach recommended by Massimo which was amazing (Riva bianca beach). At night the train does not drive; we couldn’t hear any noises from the train. The room was amazing with a wonderful balcony where you get a great view over the Lago di como. The room also had a little fridge which was really useful. Regarding the breakfast, it was amazing ! Every morning we got fresh eggs in different ways, fresh toast, coffee/ cappuccino, fruit juice and fresh fruit salat which was amazing. We got different croissants every morning and the breakfast was kind of a surprise every morning. Massimo was really mindful and always available to help us with any questions. The Ambiente was very friendly and familiar. There was absolutely nothing to improve, everything was great. We had a great experience and will definitely come back !

Me and my wife had an amazing time at this B&B! Massimo is a great host, very attentive and hospitable. Food at B&B was great, both breakfast and dinner :) Room was very clean and had everything you needed. Charming village, amazing views and close connection to nearby cities/villages. Thanks again Massimo! :)

Only thing would be that trains at train station can be quite delayed (20mins sometimes).

Great location, wonderful lake view with big balcony, the host Massimo is exceptional! Rooms are very clean, breakfast is great and fresh.

Massimo was an amazing host. He helped make an unforgettable stay on Lago di Como. This is a great place to stay to have a personal experience. Very clean, fantastic patio view from our suite, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Super short walk to the Olcio train station, but the train was not loud at all.

We came as guests and we left as friends. Such a privilege to be in his home, and Massimo couldn’t have been more helpful! When we was out and about we could text him and he tried to help best he could. A very nice welcome, rooms perfect size for 2. Bed was very nice. We had a balcony, what more do you need. We hired a car and was well worth it and had space to park in his garage. Only 10 min drive from Varenna, after a day around people it was so nice to come back to peace with a fantastic view and a glass of wine on the balcony. Breakfast was home cooked and theee best bacon I’ve had. Tips: - get a pizza from the local, delivered. - go every day to the gelato shop 1 min walk. - after breakfast leave early, beat the crowds.

“Massimo only gives good advice” NOTHING!!! Wouldn’t chance a thing.
