An Unforgettable Stay by the Lake! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property right in front of Lake Como. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made it the perfect getaway. The accommodation was spotless and cozy, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience special was the host- Massimo, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast that added a personal touch to our trip. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a serene place to relax with a wonderful owner who goes above and beyond, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back Massimo!

We can highly reccomend staying at the B&B appartment. The breakfasts are delicious and the owner is very helpful and supportive at anytime. Appartment for the whole family is big enough and faiŕly equiped with the new kitchen. We had a great time at lake Commo that offers lots of activities and it is very close from the appartment to the beach as well and we could see the beauty of Italian culture and cuisine.

We chose this B&B because of its great reviews, and we were very happy with our decision. The B&B is in a quiet and beautiful village, which was perfect for us. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with a lovely balcony that gave us an amazing view of the lake. We spent a lot of time there just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, making it easy to explore Varenna and other nearby towns. The ferry station in Varenna made it simple to see all the sights around Lake Como, which we loved. Massimo, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made us feel right at home and provided us with lots of useful information about the area, which helped us plan our days. His hospitality really made our stay special. Breakfast was also very good , with plenty of fresh and tasty options that got us off to a great start of the day. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The B&B was comfortable, convenient, and peaceful, making it a great choice for anyone looking to relax by Lake Como. We will strongly definitely recommend it.

Massimo truly takes good care of his guests. He is very helpful, providing a lot of tips on how to get the most out of the stay. The view from the balcony was great, and accommodation is very easily accessible by public transport. My parents really enjoyed their time at Massimos' and will happily return when in the area.

It is a very nice place for a weekend stay with a train station nearby (you just need to pay attention which train you take as not all of the trains stop in Olcio). Massimo is a very hospitable host, serving diverse breakfasts every morning and always ready to advise where best to go and visit.

Massimo is a Superb host and his place is a real jewel close to Lake Como. He was very accomodating and preparing early breakfast for us. The studio was spacious and had all we needed to make our stay feel like home away from home. Rolly, the gelateria close-by also deserves an extra star.

Massimo is an absolute wonderful chap. Down to earth and has funny jokes.
