Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Bungalows in einem weitläufigen Gelände. Alle Safaris und Ausflüge wurden direkt vom Hotel aus organisiert und durchgeführt. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Von der Aussichtsterrasse direkter Blick in den Nationalpark. Unglaublich herzliche Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht haben.

Prima hotel. Ze doen zich beter voor als dat het is maar alles was prima.

The resort is very near the national park, so we can see some animals directly from the hotel garden, like crocodiles, deers etc. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They arrange all the activities, including jeep safari and boat safari for us. Very unique and joyful experience.

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the bus station to the hotel (around 2500-3000Rs taxi fee), which is not very convenient for the guests who take bus to come to the place. It could be better if the hotel could arrange free shuttle or contact the guest about the situation in advance :)

We stayed at the villas with the jungle view, the view was amazing and the room was also nice. We were welcomed to the property with hot towels and a refreshing juice. The staff had arranged a complimentary room decor for our anniversary. The views from the restaurant deck area are also amazing and calming. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and nice. We had added on a candle light dinner which was nicely done, they gave us one deck area for the few hours with a bonfire and a good setup. They even arranged halal chicken so we can enjoy our anniversary dinner. They made our day special. They also have Tharu cultural dance which we missed.

A few things can be done to improve further: 1) brighter lights to be added to the room 2) bonfires were not picking fire, for a place like this a good bonfire would be great 3) the hotel is in a village so maybe a hotel shuttle to and from the city would be good as you cannot find a cab 4) there is no room service at all, which should be added for basic things like more utilities or sending an iron to the room. These are just things that can help them become great all around!
