"Excellent room, check in and out needs improvement."

There is a good and a bad. The bad was just that check in and check out was an ordeal. We are American w/o Mexican SIM cards and our phones don’t work w/o wifi. They do not staff the office so when we arrived we found a note with a number to call for check in. We had to go to Starbucks a few blocks away and luckily found a nice person who let us use their phone to send a text. Then we had to repeat the process at check out (we couldn’t just leave because they take you deposit in cash). So, that was all pain. But, the room was amazing. I think this is an an apartment complex that they are trying to reposition as a hotel. Very spacious, modern, and clean. The shower has really low pressure but that’s kinda of the only thing I can say bad about the room. The property has an amazing roof top pool also those over looks the city. The location of the property is excellent and we found it the area to very walkable and felt safe with our two children.

"Big rooms"

The place was nice and not expensive, but very loudy as it faces the road. When you book a room ask for the rroms that are not facing the main road. Good air conditioning in the lower floors as I heard the highest were not so good.

"Good Location, can be noisy!"

We stayed two nights, facing the road. Good AC, Hot water. Kitchen to make food. Room had a very strong cigarette smell! But no smoking property. Traffic noise can be loud for some. There is a dance club very close to this hotel, late night music playing around until 1 A.M. Bring ear-plugs. Our room was a very large one.
