The staff and the owner is very accomodating and friendly. I like how they treat us. The facility is fair enough for its very cheap price and the location is what i like the most coz it is just few steps from the beach front and very near at the Dmall.

Just a few steps away to the beach front. Shower is equipped with a hot and cold shower. Water pressure is also okay. Room temperature or the airconditioning unit is okay as well. Friendly and accommodating staff. No hassle during check-in and check-out. This place is highly recommendable.

You can hear the footsteps on the top floor especially if the people there are wearing heeled shoes. There was a time when I was awaken by the noise of the guests's footsteps.
