Location and the bed was comfortable

Majority of the amenities were not available. Pots/pans, cups, dish drying rack, blow dryer. The floor wasn't swept or mopped from previous use and the line at the guest service counter was long. My key stopped working on day two and had to wait 15-ish minutes to get reactivated.

The proximity to Disneyland was great.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The floors were uneven and my wife suspected that the facility was also being used to house homeless people for long stays. While I never felt unsafe, the rooms were significantly overpriced for their value.
