Pillows and it was close to family. Pool was nice.

No tp had time buy some for the room. Had to mop my own room the floor was sticky Never had towels available Slim or mold around bathtub drain. AC VENT was dirty so room smelled. After I cleaned it was fine. No matter where we went inside or by the pool weed smoking was happening. Adult Guest had no manners around minors to go somewhere else to smoke.(pool area)

Location

Dingy, old, things need to be repaired, smell like pot. We were disgusted to even take a shower in this place.

I enjoyed the distance to the parks and the friendly staff.

I think it’s extremely disappointing the staff is expected to stand at the hotel desk all day and night. There is not a single reason for there to not even be a stool or a high chair for the staff to sit in! Absolutely cruel and inhumane to force workers to stand at a desk when it’s not needed

No había desayuno como tal, consistía en cafe, barras de granolas y muffins, pero no tengo problema con eso porque me gusta desayunar fuera. La ubicación muy bien. Las almohadas eran muy cómodas.

Que no había complementos en la habitación, todo tenía que solicitarlo en el front desk, desde shampoo, secadora de cabello, plancha, etc. Además de que la habitación era muy ruidosa.

The main entrance the door for handicap was not in service the lobby and elevator area we’re not cleaning the complementary breakfast. The coffee was watered down the room. The showerhead was horrible. The beds were dirty. The microwave and refrigerator was dirty.
