Properties Unique Dene Rooms - Double Room

The bathroom was lovely. Could not fault it, other than it would have been nice to have some shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and some toothpaste.

Stains on the sheets. Stains on the mattress. Crumpled up tissues in the bed. The kettle was literally brown. Stains on the curtains. Water marks on the walls. The place looks pretty beaten up. Me and my partner literally felt itchy after being there for half an hour. It was honestly horrible to the point where I refused to stay and booked another hotel the same day. It wasn’t worth it. The room was very small too. I also arranged an early booking and wasn’t sent the email to actually get into the place, so we stood outside for half an hour waiting. However, we did receive some help by this lovely individual on the phone, who gave us the money back for the early booking.

Location, pleasant staff

Very basic room, no chair, no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Room was extremely hot like a steam room. Not even a fan available. Couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable temperatures and not having even a fan

Dirty. Place hasn’t even been cleaned. Carpet was filthy and bedding stained
