Location was excellent. Shops, bars and takeaways all with walking distance. Leek is gorgeous.

"Exceptional"

Comfortable beds, knew what to expect, nice to have milk and butter provided.

There weren't enough towels for 4 of us. Smelt slightly of stale smoke. The WiFi hadn't been connected yet but wasn't too much of an issue. More wine glasses, ideally matching required.
