The apartment was very well located, perfect size for a couple, and with all basic amenities (but I have to say that some coffee and tea would simply make the difference :) )

The property is in a great location, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. It is close to the centre and the river. It had all the necessary amenities. It was a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The balcony overlooking the park was a highlight!

We liked everything. Just a suggestion: The appliance manuals were difficult to locate. It would be nice if some basic instructions on handling them were emailed with the booking details.

Very comfortable place ,close to center ,very clean

Not a big problem ,but did not found any shower gel.

We rented this place the day before we would arrive and paid for it. My husband is in a wheelchair and we needed to be able to leave our luggage at the place a few hours before we would arrive. We wrote to ask if this would be ok, and no one responded. We waited an hour, and then rented another place, where they told us right away that we could leave our luggage. We then cancelled our rental of this place, more than 24 hours ahead of time. They wrote back to say they would not refund what we had paid. We saw that the payment was non-refundable, but it seems that under the circumstances they could have refunded at least part of it.
