Very convenient, strategic location to everywhere including bus stop to Santa Claus Village and Airport.

Perhaps next time can provide clothes hangers, also basic coffee/tea for guests.

It was easy to self check-in with the instructions from the host before we arrived. The apartment was so nice and big enough for the two of us. Wifi is fast, and have a smart tv so you can sign-in to netflix or youtube to enjoy some movies or videos. Kitchen is well equipped, so if you are planning to cook your own meal, you may do so. Bedroom was so nice. Clean toilet.

at least there's should be a big mirror in the bedroom or in the living area, but no big deal.

Great choice...just opposite the bus stop for St Claus village and airport.....we walk 10 - 15 minutes from the apartment to the arctic museum at the side of the frozen river and we found ourselves in front of the northern lights.

Easy to find near the centre of town. Apartment was nice, modern and clean. Good communication and suited us for the one night in town.

Price, expensive, although to be fair it was one of the better priced places I could find that was central. Rovaniemi is overpriced everywhere.

The apartment is new, in very good shapr and condition. Decoration is minimalist, pure nordic style. The location is very good close to the commercial area and steps ahead from a bus stop to Santa’s Village, Santa park and the airport.

Almost nothing my overall opinion is very good. Minor details as the lack of hangers in the wardrobe which is super huge and convinient)

Breakfast is not included, you have to do your own shopping. There was a coffee machine etc. at home, but there was neither coffee paper nor coffee. There was no problem with the cleanliness of the apartment. Also the location is in the center of the city

Since our flight was in the morning, I contacted the owner to stay one more night (paying the money, of course), but it was a little difficult to reach him, he first said he would try to help me and kept me waiting, and then I did not get an answer for hours. When I called him on the phone, he said "Okay, I'll text you" and didn't text for hours. Afterwards, he said, "I'm sorry, I couldn't arrange it." I appreciate his efforts, but such an urgent issue could have been resolved more quickly.

Host is easy to contact via message. The apartment was quite large and kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bus stop for airport/Santa's village is just across the road. Easily walkable to most things in Rovaneimi

This property is 35B NOT NUMBER 35. It is actually on Toripuistikko road across from the park, not Valtakatu road. If you find number 35 Valtakatu, you need to keep waking and turn left around the corner, then you will find 35B door. This was very confusing and worrying when we arrived late, in the snow and could not get in to the apartment. It would be great if they put up a photo of where it is on the map, or give you these instructions with the check in instructions, as I'm sure we are not the only ones who could not find it. The host did reply to my message after about 10 minutes, however giving the information up front would have been much nicer. Toilet seat had red stains on the lid and the shower screen was frosty with soap scum. Overall the appartment looked clean, but these things made it feel dirty. The toilet seat also does not fit properly, small maintenance that could easily be fixed.
