Great location, nice staff, good restaurant, easy parking, pet friendly

Winter salt and snow and dirt tracks in and was apparent on the carpets, floors and hallways- needs cleaning Roof top bar is drinks only - no snacks or food allowed Needs Spring cleaning come April and it will look a lot better

Loved that we were able to get a room allowing dogs at the last moment. Husband had surgery and the weather was bad so stayed here. When his dr apt changed to TC from Petosky the next day we stayed another night due to the storm. Convenient location to the hospital.

The entrance has the beautiful old school look but the rooms are more like Motel 8. The room was outdated and the beds were really firm. Toilet was super low to sit on and no vent in the bathroom but there was a cool room heating light with a timer.

We were celebrating a Christmas present getaway to each other and my birthday. When we got there, we found out that we had been upgraded to a corner King suite on the 6th floor of the Tower. Great room! We have stayed at Park Place before and we will be back! We love the location and the staff members are amazing!

Dirty, lack of staff, dirty laundry in hall, everything look dirty over all. Hot tub was closed, pool bathroom was disgusting. Very overpriced. Was given the WiFi passcode on our check in card, unable to read it. Tried to call the front desk they never answered. I walked down and she wrote it down again, once again unable to read it. They acted like I was bothering them. I called to report some things to the manager, and the fact that I felt our stay wasn’t great, they said they would give me a partial refund. I have still not received that over a month later!
