The breakfast was very good Pancakes Omelet Prices were reasonable Server was friendly Dining room was nice

The area the hotel is downtown is the best super close to everything and so was the pool and the spa also loved having multiple restaurants/bars in the hotel as well also the views from the room also the customer service your employees gave me and my wife was the best but that pool and spa was amazing

Wallpaper peeling, hole in the wall in my room, elevator was smelly and needed cleaning terribly jets didn’t work in hot tub

How close it was to downtown and the beautiful views.

We did not get the correct room the first night. We booked a king room, we received 2 queens and the water did not get warm in our bathroom so were unable to shower the first night.

The location was great to so close to downtown Traverse city.

Unfortunately, this property looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures and pricing suggest a luxury experience, but the reality is far from it. The hallways were in poor condition, with carpet tiles coming unglued, and bags of trash were left sitting in the corridors for extended periods of time. The entire building feels very outdated and poorly maintained. Several of the ice machines were out of order, and when I asked the staff for assistance, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. Most concerning, there was a pile of what appeared to be dog feces left outside the elevator for quite some time without being cleaned up. I have pictures to prove all of this because I couldn't believe it. I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. This hotel seems to rely heavily on its location while neglecting basic cleanliness and upkeep. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
