Good size rooms and efficient heating.

Lacked love, main rubbish bin was full and out the front of the property, required to strip beds on departure, old kitchen stove.

It was very clean inside. Was quiet at night. Neighbours were friendly. There was even a tiny view of the mountains out the front window.

Stairs were steep (but ok). Bathroom had no working light (host was getting it fixed after we left). Yard really needed mowing in front. Back yard really needed a spruce up and tidy up.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Parking was hassle-free, with easy access right outside, which was a great convenience. The neighbourhood was quiet and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need, making it easy to prepare a few home-cooked meals. The beds were very comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions that made the process quick and easy. The location is ideal for those planning road trips to the Highlands, with many beautiful spots just a short drive away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the area. We felt right at home during our stay and will definitely be returning on our next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!

Everything was great. Something to consider if proximity to the city is a priority. However, if you are coming by car there will be no problem at all.

A lovely home, with a secure garden for our pup. Great comms from the owner when we had an issue, which was resolved very promptly without any fuss.

No driveway, but able to park round the back or across the road in parking bays, so not a massive issue.

Absolutely not recommended So, we travel the world all year round using only Booking.com. For England we had booked everything again through Booking. We never left a review because everything was good. But things have gotten out of hand here. We arrived and found a nice house. Everything was very clean, only the house was very cold. We reported it and a neighbor came friendly and quickly and it immediately became warm. The next morning it was cold again and I did what the neighbor said. After a while it got a little warm. So it went on and on. I wrote to the landlord and there was just a verbal argument. As a graduate and studied electrical engineer with 50 years of experience, I probably have no idea. That was all he said. When we wanted to drive further, the heating came on via a heat pump. So we just froze for almost 3 days. We have photographed further wet errors and defects. How Toilet seat loose Heating started up to 3 times Kitchenette old and collected TV upstairs didn't work. No antenna etc.

The treatment of the landlord who didn't believe us. If he had accepted it and apologized, this judgment would not have occurred. But according to what he said, everything was fine, but I was stupid. He didn't say it but you could hear it. But we took pictures

The property was extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable with very good furnishings. Beds were comfy kitchen was well equipped and the supplies which were provided were very much appreciated. We loved playing the snakes and ladders in the living room thank you

It was very hard to find as both the directions on booking.com and google maps etc took you to the building block behind where the house is so took us a bit of time and effort to locate. The shower while there was nice warm water etc was very underpowered and practically hard to use as low water pressure maybe?

Clean house. Had what we needed for our stay. Good to have Netflix.

Noisy hot water service in bedroom cupboard. Made it very difficult to sleep. Noisy people at bus stop across the road one late night. Shower pressure was average.

Really loud pipe sound everytime you used barhroom taps. Up big hill

Instructions for tv would be helpful, couldn’t get it to work , no signal for tv’s in bedrooms Hand rail over bath would be helpful for those of us less mobile

It was a good option for us travelling on to Skye with 3 dogs and it had an enclosed back garden. The views from the house were amazing. The house was comfy and clean for the 4 adults who stayed. It was close to the main street so easy to get a takeawy.

The house was short of cutlery for 4 people - it needs at least 4 of everything. The location was on an estate and it would have been helpful to have directions to the paths for a dog walk, but we did find one by exploring.
