The room was spacious and comfortable. Although, we didn't get a chance to use them, there were amenities such as a fitness room and a pool.

The room was a bit pricey. Since our stay was only one night and we were in town for a meeting, we stayed. Otherwise, we would've gone somewhere cheaper that was closer to shopping/dining.

The staff was very nice and welcoming.

My microwave was not working at first, but someone came and resolved it within minutes. Also, more parking in the front would be great for a single mom like me who has to come in late night with a kid

There is nothing about the property that I didn’t like. The only bad thing is the guest above my room walked back and forth stomping all day and it was very disturbing so I couldn’t get much rest.

Close to interstate with the noise of being close to the interstate. Spacious, accommodating and super friendly staff.

The Staff was Friendly, Accomadations were good. The television did not work when I got to the room. Called Front Desk, Daniel the night clerk came to the room and fixed the problem. He was most pleasant and efficient. I had an early appointment so I went down to the lobby the next morning to have breakfast before I checked out. The food at the breakfast bar was cold. I told the lady kitchen assistant. She was apologetic. I ask Her where the microwave was. She said there was no microwave there and that I would have to go back to My room and use the microwave in the room. I had left the room with My things with the intention of checking out after breakfast. I trashed the cold food and went to check out. I explained My displeasure to the Morning Manager Steven. He was apologetic and said He would have management to contact Me. That did not happen. I did suggest something as simple as a microwave in the breakfast area.

Making sure the room is ready for the next Guest. The television had not been hooked up properly. The elevators were not working completely, only 1 button on 1 elevator for 2 elevators. The water temperature in the pool was tempid at best and the breakfast was even colder, actually completely cold.

The size of the room and bathroom was amazing.

The mattress was not as comfortable and it sits too low to the floor. Great amenities.

Excellent service by all staff,highly recommend this property!
