USRoom was clean and large.
First room half the lights didn't work and we had to get a new room. The front desk was un-manned and I had to wait for someone to come. Calling the front desk from room phone resulted in busy signal. The bed was very uncomfortable with a thin mattress and unsupportive pillows. The final insult was the constant noise. Pipes banging in the walls, the ice machine outside dumping ice all night, loud elevator ding, people in the parking log making noise at 2am. We didn't sleep more than an hour or two the whole night.
USThe room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was excellent.
The front desk staff was not overly friendly. Only one older woman was pleasant. One young woman was eating in the back when I was trying to check out, and another young man was abrupt and not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was supposed to open at 6 AM. It was not open when we left at 6:45 AM. We had planned on having a light breakfast before we started on our trip home - 14 hours. Also, our room was not refreshed during our stay. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper.
