Super Hotel O Arusai Inn

staff member are not good

I didn't like anything and I should blame to Booking.com website for it. Misleading reviews, Discount offered/displayed with the impression that the basic price is applicable to Good/decent hotel. It didn't mention it's a YoYo property and I always hate YoYo because of very poor properties, cleanliness and service. In my own words it is "daridri hotel" (you translate for yourself)

Though breakfast was included no one arranged it till the check out time at 8am (Booking.com should return my money). The toilet room was like broken old room. So many things to list out.

Worst experience i have ever faced in my life with OYO hotel. The staff was not good at all and very disrepectful. No facilities were provided by the staff member( hotel) no jet spray with the toilet. Lots of insect were in the room

The staff overpriced the room than what was mentioned online. No basic facilities like towel or soap or drinking water were available. The staff was very non co-operative and arrogant.

location is good

cleanliness and basic amenities in bathroom missing - shower, tap not working properly, napkin not there, bucket and mug is there but small stool for sitting missing, hangers for cloth missing
