Location in the old town was very good, close to beach, restaurants and shops, short walk to port area, with large selection of restaurants and shops. Host Kekka was lovely and made contact with us the day before we arrived and kindly meet us before official checkin so we could leave off our bags, she did also message us during our stay to check if we needed anything. Property also had access to a roof top terrace which was nice for an evening drink.

In fairness we knew in advance so seem a little unfair to put in but there are steep narrow stairs to the room and the room is quite compact. Very limited kitchen space, eating area is a small drop down table with fold out chairs, we only used the area for breakfast.

Everything was good!!

The stairs are difficult to access, especially for the elderly. A small leak in the bathroom sink.

Location is perfect right in the old town but parking anywhere nearby is impossible so if you have plenty of luggage bear this in mind. It;s an apartment near the top of an old building with families on the lower floors who seem to like to shout at each other on the staircase so it's far from peaceful. Room is a good size but the addition of a third bed in the kitchen blocks half the doorway making it feel a little cramped. Air conditioning is very good. Communication was good overall but lots of confusion on arrival as despite a lockbox the key was eventually located under the mat. Overall good value for money.

Getting in as mentioned above was a little chaotic and could have been managed better - apartment had been thoroughly cleaned so presumably it was the cleaners who had left the keycard in the wrong place

There's quite a few steep stairs to go up which some people might find hard but generally it wasn't a problem

It's cold. It was April. There were no blankets, just a thin sheet to cover them. One small window facing the courtyard.

Great location in a quiet little street (ie no cars) in the historic old town within easy walking distance of everything. Shared roof terrace was lovely with a great view of the cathedral. Bedroom was large, air conditioning worked well (though we didnt use it much). Plenty of clean towels and bath products were available. Our apartment (Harmony) was on second floor and stairs were quite steep so those with mobility isues might struggle. We had a fridge and a decent coffee machine with some pods which was good as we couldnt find any more in the local supermarket (8-10 mins walk). The owners set up a WhatsApp group for us so we could ask questions etc (we needed some additional coat hangers for example). They were really helpful whenever we had any queries or questions.
