Was cozy.....nice little yard outside

Empty things left in the cupboard like it wasnt fully cleaned....half a toilet roll and no more. No chance for a late lie in as the neighbours were up and cleaning at around half 8. No cleaning stuff to brush the floor....could do with a slightly bigger bed for a couple.

The host was proactive in sharing check-in procedures which made picking the key and navigating the compound seamless upon our arrival. The location was booked to enable us catch our early morning flight due to its proximity to the airport and this worked out brilliantly. There are different bus stops within 7 minutes walk from the apartment. The Hayes and Harlington station is also within 16 minutes walk. Amazon pick up centre is about 6 minutes away as well as a few grocery shops. I LOVE that the apartment has line to air clothes. The host was very responsive. My amazon delivery arrived a day before my check-in and arrangement was made to pick and keep it for me. Also my request for kitchen towel was promptly responded to. Although we did not meet physically, the host comes across as amiable

One of the two beds in the room is low so if all guests are tall like mine then it can be a challenge but it is manageable for a short stay. I love to cook but the kitchen utensils did not meet my expectation. The pots could do with covers. Cooking spoons and hand glove/towel are required. It was 2 nights so I got by without those but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

The property was very private, quiet and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had during the stay and was very polite. The people who live in the area are friendly as well. All appliances worked perfectly. The patio was one of my favourite parts of this stay as I could go out for fresh air without feeling exposed and could leave the door open as it was 30 degrees during the time of my stay. Will definitely come again.
