Full Studio Near Heathrow Airport & London

I recently stayed in this studio flat with my siblings and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. While the space itself is big enough to accommodate three people, the overall stay was disappointing. First, the sofa bed was horrible—completely uncomfortable. To make things worse, the extra comforter provided for it had a terrible smell, making it unusable. Cleanliness was a major issue; I would rate it 2/10. Upon opening the fridge, I found an open can of Coke left behind, showing that the cleaner did not do a thorough job. Despite booking for three people, only two towels were provided. When we contacted the owner, he was unresponsive at first. When he finally replied, he mentioned that the cleaner left the third towel on the drying line, but it was still wet when we arrived—completely inconvenient. Noise was a huge issue. People were talking very loudly until 4 AM, making it difficult to sleep. Our worst experience was on the first night, when we were woken up at 11:54 PM by a loud argument or fight from the same unit. Overall, I would not recommend this place. If you’re considering booking, spend a little more and stay in a safer, cleaner location—one where you won’t have to deal with midnight couple fights and poor service.

Room VERY COLD!Heater not working Shower Broken and only VERYYY HOT WATER who Burned me. Weird curtain for the door we can see outside as it doesn't close properly. The Staff is TERRIBLE, AGGRESSIVE! Better to pay a bit more and have something DESCENT!

Location was perfect, everything was spotless, guy running it could not have been more helpful, highly recommend, would definitely stay there again… 10/10
