Full Studio Near Heathrow Airport & London

Only location was better

Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. The room only had hot water—no cold water at all, which made taking a shower unbearable. It felt like my skin was burning, and I couldn't get any relief. This was a major inconvenience and something that needs urgent fixing. For the price I paid, I expected basic amenities like a functional water system, and this really ruined what could have been a comfortable stay.

Location is good, access to shops and close to my workplace. Bed was comfortable and overall the place is quiet

I did stay one night (not even 12 hours)and had a few issues with the place and expected support from the owner but all I have had was aggressive and defensive responses. Radiators were working and I couldn't find way to turn the valves off and no access to boiler. When I tried to shower the connector (as I call it) btw the hose and shower head was so old and used that it broke when I turned the water on.. and I was accused of breaking the shower head (nice one!). Fridge apparently works but when I took the food in the morning it was not cold. The place could have been cleaned better but this could be a personal standard of mine (although having dirty tv remote control or microwave are 2 items I would have expected to be checked). In short, those issues got me more frustrated because the owner was not willing to hear me. Issues happen, the manner the person respond to your concern makes a difference to the whole experience.

Really appreciated the helpful instructions from the host around checking in, and it was great to be able to park on a drive. The location was well-placed for accessing the venue of our event, and would be convenient to access Heathrow airport.

Although the studio itself seemed clean, the rubbish in the garden outside/broken down vehicles/laundry didn't give the best impression of cleanliness on arrival. I didn't find the mattress/pillow very comfortable - it would be helpful to have had more pillows/a thicker pillow. Decor was fairly tired. The studio was in a helpful location to access other places, but I wouldn't have felt very safe as a solo female traveller.

Everything! Bag of rubbish outside rats running freely laundry left out dirty from top to bottom dead animals broken cars everywhere

The shower head was broken, so had to hold it in one hand while washing with the other. No temperature control for the water. My wife found it too hot.
