Tam Cốc Yến Nhi Homestay

This was a great stay. The location is out of the main centre, (15-20 mins walk) which can be both positive and negative. It was quiet but a bugger if you want to head back for a while. There is bikes for rent. Room was great, nice hot water and really comfy beds. Staff don't speak English, just use google translate. No walk in rates, they make you book using booking.com breaky was small but totally fine. They swap between fried rice and scrambled eggs.

We had a very nice stay here! The family was super kind and could provide us with everything: motorbike, bicycle and also massage. By the way the best massage we had in Vietnam!! The rooms were nice and big. 5 minute bike ride from the centre. :)

The conditions of the room were good. It was warm even though it was not too warm around at that time. Hot water, quite good bathroom.

Very basic breakfast, there were two toasts, two pieces of ham and few pieces of cucumber. Could have been better at that. The location it is not bad but definitelly not in the city center, be careful if you do not have a scooter or a car rented. But it is quiet on the other hand.

Clean, tidy, comfy room. Spacious shower. Very well kept property. Absolute value for money. Has a pool (didn’t use) and a bit of a roof terrace which was night to sit outside. Was a little way out of town, but that suited us. Just a few min taxi (£1) or 20 min walk to Tam Coc. Breakfast was rice only, but was included in the cost.

Breakfast was disappointing. They gave us a small portion of fried rice both days and with no coffee. We went out for dinner one night and when we went back we found the front gate locked.

We had an amazing stay at Yen Nhi, the couple who own the homestay are so kind and helpful and go above and beyond, even making us a meal when we arrived later in the evening. Their son was also so helpful and took us to the ancient capital in the evening and waited for us to take us back. The homestay is in a great location close to tam coc but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Such good value for money and highly recommend! We'll be back :)

We had never vefor or afterwards such a poor breakfast. Ao guys, if you don't like to offer a breakfast, just don't do it! Not even a coffee!! The mattress was in plastic! When you moved in bed you heard and felt like lying on a blastic back. They spoke no word English, only hello. Since the could not speak English the just did not speak with us, only to offer always as possible Taxi service or motorscooter to rent Even if we didn't want to rent a motorscooter it was afterwards on the bill
