GrandStay Hotel & Suites Valley City

Traveled with my doggies and was pleasantly surprised at all of the greasy areas around the property. It was also nice that people seemed to pick up well after their animals. Continental Breakfast was very good and the staff were all very helpful.

Our room did not have a shower curtain. When I asked for one I was told they were on back order. While this was incredibly inconvenient, our stay was only one night so it was manageable. Had we needed to stay longer, this would not have worked out.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

There was a weird smell in our room but we opened the windows and it was better.

Breakfast was ok. I liked the cut fruit. Not much of a carbo eater.

As I was saying the bill looks right as far as the amount charged but it said it was charged to a Master Card xxx1517 and I don’t have a master card. I put the room on my American Express and I just looked, the only charge I have from you is $10 pending? Please contact me to be sure I have paid.
