Not your fault… noisy guests in room above us until 12:30 am. Sounded like smaller kids running around jumping on furniture etc. I was getting ready to call front desk, it more or less stopped. Until then, quite annoying.

the customer service was terrible, Allyson Doktor was very unprofessional, rude, argumentive and i believe racist! .after I booked my stay online she told me there were no rooms available so that couldn't be, i then proceeded to show her my confirmation and email reciept she replied with "i dont know what to tell you we are full". my fiance and i had to sleep in our car she was very unprofessional. after contacting booking.com she then proceeded to say "I thought you meant for tonight" I only wanted to see what time we could check in, she would have had that information had she looked into my reservation instead of arguing with me. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ANYTHING OTHER THAN CAUCASIAN!!!!!!!!!! I never got my money back and had to pay almost $200 for a room I never slept in all because Allyson the Manager refused to do her job

The location in reference to the highway was efficient.Also restaurants across the street were accommodating.

We took advantage of the fire pit and hot tub.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

DW was full of clean dishes- we were only there overnite and did not need them, but felt obligated because they were there. There were free snax but no GF. Breakfast was good. Re fills a bit behind, but worrh the wait.
