Breakfast staff very friendly. Clean room

There was a horrible smell on our floor in the evening. I reported it to the person at the desk, she was looking at her phone and didn't bother to come to the desk, but said she would have someone check it out.

Good location, clean facility

Hot tub was not available. We asked for a late check out and was told we would be charged $20 per hour. This was the only negative. I’ve never had that with a late check out.

Front staff... she did not say but one or two words to us, and we purchased waters etc... I don't understand how you can work at front desk and not have people skills !!!! She was taller, heavy set set ,glasses ...she needs to learn how to smile, and greet ,and help customers with a smile... very unwelcoming!!!!!

Gorgeous room and delicious breakfast

We loved how convenient this property was to the Interstate and town. The pool and patio area were also quite nice and you can tell that care has been taken on maintaining the common areas.

The beds are full-sized instead of Queens and not very comfortable. Also, there was a yucky stain in the bottom of the tub that we couldn’t get up. very noisy in the morning with the work crews leaving. I’m
