Charming 1BR just off Main Street prime location

Love the central location near Casemates Square

Nothing, I love staying there

The location was good easy to find and close to main st and casemates square

The bed wasn't really that big for the average person and a little hard which suits some people.

Location .. bed mattress was good

The bedroom curtains couldn’t be open as bed was exposed to street . Some of the sockets didn’t work . The sofa in the living room was so soft uncomfortable we didn’t use it to watch the tv . Kitchen utensils very limited , some broken Stove hood extractor fan broken Windows we kept closed as fumes from traffic drifted in . Noise from above apt noticeable at night until 11 am sounded like thumping

Great location, easy access to main areas of Gibraltar, good (although expensive) parking close by. Easy to access.

Sound insulation could be improved, lots of noise from all directions.

Positives: - The location was excellent, situated just off Main Street where all the shops, bars, and restaurants are. Despite being noisy due to its adjacency to the Main Street, it was convenient. - The apartment itself was spacious, and the building had a charming vibe. - The check-in process was smooth and easy, thanks to the self-check-in option. - The communication from the team was prompt and helpful. - Apartment was clean and tidy.

Negatives: - Whilst mostly helpful, I felt there were too many system emails from the host throughout my booking, which felt unnecessary and could have been condensed into fewer emails. - The layout of the apartment was not ideal, with the shower and toilet located in the bedroom, lacking privacy for couples. Additionally, the toilet was quite small, making it difficult for larger individuals to access and manoeuvre comfortably. - The furniture and decor were quite basic, resembling what you might find in a student dormitory. - Additionally, the apartment was quite cold, and while there was a radiator available, it was hidden behind the TV, making it difficult to discover initially.

The location was amazing, cleanliness was brilliant having the sport package on the television was a real bonus for me. Communication with silverkey was excellent.

Lack of an baking tray to use in the oven was a small detail but would be a problem for anyone wanting to self cater.

The apartment was well located, just off of Casemates Square with plenty to do nearby. The wifi worked perfectly and the property was tidy. The welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. The shower had great pressure.

The apartment was very cold with only a small heater to use. Most of the mugs, plates and cutlery were quite dirty. The shower and toilet open up directly into the bedroom, so there would be no privacy if you were sharing. There is an option to store your luggage at their office, however when I went there it was shut and the phone number provided didn’t work, even though I had arranged this in advance.

Location was very good, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped.

The only thing that I would change and that would be darker curtains in the bedroom.
