Flat in the Heart of Worcester

Beautiful little flat every thing you would ever need and more. Home from home. Very well looked after with lots of little extra bits to make the place look gorgeous. Great location right by river had some lovely relaxing afternoons sat outside Browns with a drink or two. Footsteps from city centre made everything so easy Host was amazing. Lots of info and Instructions. Made the trip stressless!! Definitely stay again. Thank you for all your help very pleasant trip away.

Had a great 2 night stay at this property, which is located in the heart of the city of Worcester, mins away from the river Severn and the swan sanctuary, and short walking distance to the Cathedral, town centre, shops and restaurants. The flat was clean, cozy, well maintained and the hosts (Charlotte) were friendly, communicative and quick to respond to any questions. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting the city and want a cozy and welcoming stay.

The sofa bed in the spare room needs some sort of mattress topper as you can feel the frame when you lay down

The flat was clean and very near city centre.

The flat was clean but the comunal entrance and stairway was in terrible condition,there was an odour of decay, and the carpet was full of stains.There was no freeview TV,which was not specificly stated,and not having a streaming account meant five days without television,so disappointed.

Location was very good for attractions and shopping and restaurants. Greek restaurant the Island across the road was excellent. Well equipped flat, and comfortable bed in main bedroom but friend could not stay over one night in put you up bed in second room due to low height of sofa bed: she has back problems. Ok for children of fit younger adults maybe.

Noise from neighbouring properties - particularly flat upstairs which had late night row until after 1am on first night and lots of early morning banging and dragging of items/furniture on subsequent days. Also music from adjoining property was loud and intrusive in bedroom. Emailed owners after this on first day: no response until 3 days later when I was leaving. Carpet in entrance hallway and stairs was gross and in need of an immediate clean - brown stains that looked like spilt food - or worse. Heating by electric radiators that were really hard to understand - and I am quite practical - no explanatory information in flat. Seemed to rely on information on-line but wifi was really hit and miss - so why not print out and leave Info folder in flat? One day I spent hours trying to get internet for tv/phone etc with no luck. Repeatedly turned router on and off - nothing.

It fully met our needs good location.
