Flat in the Heart of Worcester

Lovely quaint flat, easily accessible and in a central location. Beds were comfy, the flat was cosy and homely.

Good location and good to have instructions for access to apartment which actually worked. Apartment was ready when we arrived in Worcester at 3.00 pm, despite public notification of availability of 4.00 pm (although it would have been good if the hosts had responded to our specific request on this).

Bathroom was small with very little shelf space near sink, but that is a constraint imposed by the building, not the hosts. Wifi was a bit slow, even after we rebooted the system.

Decoration and period features, walking distance to everything in Worcester

Small kitchen, communal areas not maintained as well as actual flat.

The second bedroom was terrible. Led on floor almost with hard springs in your back. Impossible to sleep. Couldnt go and sleep on sofa cos that was even more uncomfortable. Really needs a single bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sofa in living room to relax and watch tv.

The location was great.Building outside very dirty but near a main road.

We struggled with the front door , opening it was very hard, and had to push very hard. Stair carpet VERY dirty but flat was clean. Strange hum coming from the kitchen that we could not locate.But overall, an okay stay.
