Bequeme Betten, grosse Zimmer, zwei Bäder/WC, Balkon mit schönen Blick auf‘s Meer, Ischia und Vesuv. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (10 Euro pro Tag). Alfonso war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns Tipps für Besuche in der Umgebung und für ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft gegeben hat. Bäckerei und sehr guter Delikatessenladen in 2min Fussentfernung. Castellamnare di Stabia ist eine noch weitgehend authentische italienische Stadt mit Einheimischen Läden, Cafés, Restaurants und zumindest im Herbst wenig Touristen. Es ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen im Bereich Neapel, Pompei und Sorrent, auch mit dem Nahverkehrszug machbar (Achtung, separate Linie NICHT vom normalen Bahnhof aus).

Die Wohnung könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für kleinere Detailverbesserungen gebrauchen. Die Küche ist leider nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet und damit nicht zum Kochen geeignet (und wohl auch nicht dafür gedacht). Die Espressomaschine sah etwas altmodisch aus, der Kaffee aus den von Alfonso reichlich bereitgestellten Pads war aber sehr gut. Wenn man die gesamte Wohnung mietet (drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder), ist sie gut geeignet für eine grössere Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden. Eines der Zimmer und ein Bad sowie die beiden anderen Zimmer mit dem anderen Bad können vermutlich auch von verschiedenen Parteien gemietet werden. Da man jedoch Gang und Küche teilt, ist diese Konstellation wohl eher nicht so ideal.

Visām istabām nav privāta tualete ar dušu. Ir jāiet gaitenī - kā hostelī; tas bija ārkārtīgi nepatīkami, un ļoti pasliktināja uzturēšanos šajā naktsmītnē. Rezervācijā bija norādīts, ka būs privāta WC, bet tā nebija; gaiteni izmanto arī citi viesi, kas nozīmē, lai izietu uz tualeti, ir jāaizslēdz istaba, un nakts laikā uz tualeti jāiet saģērbtam? Pārbaudiet ēdienu, kas ir uz galda, jo mūs sagaidīja sapelējis ievārījums un ilgi stāvošas saldās maizītes.

The location was great for the train and ferries. We used the train to get yo Naples and ferries for Capri, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. So easy. Town has great restaurants and all the convenience of market, laundromat and different shops. Parking is available at this location for fee and property is gated.Host is very helpful.

Alfonso is een topgozer, heeft ons met alles geholpen als we iets nodig hadden, chille locatie waar de meeste plekken die je wilt bezoeken dichtbij zijn, en de uitzicht op zee is top1

La gentilezza di Alfonso è eccezionale, sin da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti in un clima amichevole e famigliare. Piccole e grandi attenzione continue, come ad esempio il bellissimo,e non scontato, omaggio di una buona bottiglia di prosecco dopo aver saputo il motivo del nostro viaggio. La struttura pulitissima e in un'ottima posizione: tranquilla e vicino a tutti i servizi, con una piacevole passeggiata si arriva al porto per gli imbarchi per le isole (Alfonso ci ha fornito informazioni sugli orari delle partenze e consigliato un ottimo posto dove cenare). La nostra camera matrimoniale aveva un balcone praticamente a picco sul mare, da dove si poteva godere di un panorama magnifico che spazia dal Vesuvio a Ischia fino ad una parte di Capri. Il secondo giorno con solo dieci/quindici minuti di auto siamo arrivati poi a Pompei Noi torneremo sicuramente anche con le nostre figlie, per regalare loro una bellissima esperienza ed esplorare di più la zona grazie ai consigli preziosi di Alfonso.
