Lu Vee Oasis

The property was new, the rooms, pool, common areas and restaurant were very clean, and the views of the ocean were incredible. The staff was friendly and some spoke limited English. The landscaping was immaculate and very lush and beautiful. The day time manger on site was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also very delicious with large portions. You selected from a menu.

The rooms were small, but I was expecting that based on the description, but the floor to ceiling windows with ocean view made up for it. The hot water never got really hot in the shower. The resort was a bit out of town, it took about 20 minutes to get a taxi. To Zicatela the amount varied between 250-400 pesos depending on the time of day. Pool side service was a little spotty. Most days I had to walk up to the restaurant to order a drink. They brought it to me but never returned to ask if I wanted another drink. After ordering lunch our plates sat there for hours until the next shift picked them up. A minor detail the staff could fix with a bit more training. One thing to note, the resort sells day passes. If you are a guest of the hotel you can sit by the pool but day pass guests can only sit in the lounge beds in the sand. It was an awkward exchange when our friend came for breakfast and we were waiting for a taxi by the pool. I wash we had known this small detail ahead of time.

El lugar esta hermoso, un lugar para relajarte y descansar

Me encantó la comida. Siento que lo que pagabas estaba muy alineado con la calidad del lugar. Fui por mi cumpleaños, y todo el staff fue increíblemente amigable, respetuoso y cálido durante toda la estancia. El día que llegamos estaba lloviendo mucho por el huracán, pero a pesar de eso la estancia fue increíble. La cama era muy cómoda, la decoración muy bonita, y las recomendaciones de que hacer en Puerto por los trabajadores del hotel fueron increíbles. De verdad que la comida me sorprendió. ¡Todo estaba delicioso! Llegamos pensando que el desayuno no estaba incluido, y fue una muy buena sorpresa enterarnos de que era parte de la estancia y que no era un desayuno continental, si no que podías escoger de los platillos de la carta. De verdad fue la mejor forma de celebrar mis 30 años. 10/10 todo. Bello, gran servicio, y cómodo para ir a descansar.

Lu Vee was absolutely paradise and perfect for our honeymoon!!!! The sound of the waves crashing along the beach every day was beautiful and mesmerizing. About 15 minutes to Zicatela in a taxi, if you are looking for tranquility, views, ans relaxation this is the perfect place. The food on-site was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed being able to eat and relax whenever we wanted. My favorites for breakfast were the waffles with fruit and entomotada with scrambled eggs (my husband got it during our stay), the ceviche was yummy and all the food was good honestly. From beginning to end Paola and Javier made sure we had what we needed, checked on us and arranged taxis whenever we wanted to go out. Their service and the staff truly made our stay that much more special. This place is a wonderful pocket of heaven and a 10/10 recommendation!

Everything was delightful!

The boutique hotel is new and very well thought in every aspect. It´s close to the beach and raw/pure nature, suitable for long beach walks. The listing is very true (pictures speak for themselves). What they do not tell is the high quality of food. We ate the best burrito on our whole roundtrip. Pricing for the food was very reasonable/fair, even the offside location. We would stay here again.

the location is outside the town, a car is required to get there; but if you have a rental car no problem at all. The coastline is not very good for swimming (very strong waves and current). On the other hand, beautiful looks at the waves.

Es un paraíso en la playa! Excelentes habitaciones, cómodas, limpias, privadas. Todo el personal es increíble y su atención invaluable, siempre atentos. Eli, la mesera que nos atendió siempre tenía una sonrisa y dispuesta a dar las mejores recomendaciones. La comida del restaurante es espectacular! Nos ayudaron con el tour de liberación de tortugas que fue mágico y nuestros transportes.
