Absolutely perfect! Warm and welcoming staff, an amazing room with breathtaking views. And the aguachile… wow, the best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back and see you all again!

Es un hotel prácticamente nuevo con pocas habitaciones, camas muy cómodas y tamaño de la habitación adecuado. Tiene servicio de restaurante y honestamente la comida es muy buena, no necesitas salir del hotel si lo que buscas es descansar es ideal; los camastros del área de la alberca son comodísimos, sin problema te puedes quedar dormido ahí; la alberca es de buen tamaño y se encuentra muy limpia; también funciona como club de playa, en nuestro caso solo una pareja fue a pasar el día ahí, no sé en temporada alta qué cantidad de gente vaya pero para nosotros estuvo muy agradable y lo que más me gustó fue la atención de todos en el hotel, muy serviciales y amables en todo momento. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto pero la playa es mar abierto asi que tomalo en cuenta porque ahí no podras nadar; después de ahí nos fuimos a punta zicatela y ahí la playa es diferente pero honestamente, no me importó la cuestión del mar, el hotel vale 100% la pena.

Lo único que no me gustó es que cierran el hotel los dias martes por lo que no me permitió la plataforma reservar un dia adicional y me tuve que ir a otro hotel, me hubiera gustado pasar una noche más.

There’s not one single bad thing I can say about this place. From beginning to end it exceded my expectations. From the receptionist to the wonderful bartenders at the oasis restaurant and kitchen staff it was such a wonderful experience. They were very attentive communicating thru what’s app making sure there’s nothing I needed. Got the opportunity to meet the owner wonderful gentleman and even got a parting gift, will definitely be returning! I’m hooked and don’t think I’ll be staying anywhere else when I travel to P.E. Oaxaca.Highly recommend!!!

Better communication with staff so there’s no misunderstanding with the visitors once gone.

Lu Vee only opened in December and the hotel is way better than expected. The photo's don't do it justice. The rooms are stunning and the food at the restaurant is really good. The staff made a lot of effort and I loved the fact they had contacted me via Whatsapp to ask if anything was needed during our stay. We were able to arrange a few activities over whatsapp whilst relaxing on one of the sun loungers. The property is also on the beach which is stunning and as the area is still being developed, it felt completely private for the hotel. Whilst having breakfast, we were also able to see Dolphin's swimming in the waters. We were also able to do a turtle release with a really ethical company just a 10 minute walk up the beach from the hotel.

The area where the hotel is located is really remote so you would need a car or have to take taxi's which cost around 400 peso's one way to the nearest town. If however you are looking for a remote paradise, then this is definitely the place for you. There is a lot of development going on around the hotel so in a few months, I am sure the local area will have a lot more going on for it. You don't however hear any of the construction from the hotel. The wifi was also really weak and would expect it to be much better given how amazing the rest of the facilities were.

A gem of a hotel - 8 beachfront cabins which look out onto a stunning beach and lovely gardens. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The cabins are very well designed and comfortable.

It's located about 20 minutes from the backpacker end of the resort and you will need a taxi or your own transport to get to the swimming coves and the main town. However, the hotel order taxis immediately and it's easy to get them back.

The on site restaurant is wonderful with delicious food, drinks and views. The view from the room is unbeatable and the pool was very pleasant. It is a great place to come decompress away from busy city life!

The shower didn’t drain very well. Also, and this sounds very picky, but the nighttime pool light setting is on ‘party mode’ so it’s a bit bright and intense given that it’s a pretty secluded and low-key resort.

A little remote from any other place. Must have a car or use taxi to go anywhere.

Excellent property for relaxing and enjoying stunning sunsets and delicious drinks from the pool. Private, low key with attentive staff. Away from the really hectic touristy areas like Punta but everything is easily reachable by taxi. We’d recommend getting the phone number of the taxi driver who picks you up from the airport or bus station and then just using them for any transport into town.

Wish it had at least 1 small convenience store within walking distance. The restaurant is amazing but sometimes you just want to pick up a quick snack. I’d also recommend setting up a coffee machine in the room. Also although the property is beachfront this is open ocean so it’s not recommended for swimming. That said we spent most of our days going to the other local beaches for surfing or boat tours in the morning and then spending the rest of the time by the pool which was perfect for us
