Otematata's Best Dam Pub

The location is good, the rooms have been refreshed, and they are well equiped. The bathroom in our room was new. Well tended. The rooms are separate from the pub, wehere we had a good time with a delicious fish and chips and local beer. Locals meet there with their family and friends. Friendly service, "feel good" atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the sound insulation in the rooms is poor and we had 3 very loud men drinking beers in the middle of the night in the room next to our room. We could not sleep. It sometimes happen, we received apologies from the manager, which we truly appreciated.

Good size for a studio room. Great to have comfy chairs and a table to watch a movie with a hot drink. Good sized bathroom and good water pressure and hot.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean, tidy, had everything I needed, and was great value. Ate at the pub for dinner, great food!
