Sehr schönes Boutique Ressort am weissen Strand gelegen. Tolle grosszügige Bungalows mit eigenem Pool. Hervorragendes Personal und köstliche Küche.

Der Strand ist zwar sehr nett, aber das Wasser auf der ganzen Insel hat viele Plastikrückstände und ist daher nur bedingt zum Schwimmen geeignet.

It was beautiful, idyllic, tranquil and secluded. You felt like you were on your own private island. Everything was curated for experience and privacy- we loved staying here and would definitely come back.

A couple of aspects left a slightly sour impression. The hotel is located on a very remote and quiet part of the island, and access is limited. The hotel charges $40 per person each way for its private boat to Sok San pier, followed by a transfer to the hotel. Given the lack of alternatives, this felt excessive. We instead opted for a public ferry at $35 per person return, which arrives at the same pier, but were then charged a further $15 for a 15-minute drive to the hotel. With no realistic alternative, this pricing felt disproportionately high. We have stayed at other remote five-star properties, such as Pimalai in Koh Lanta, where transport from Krabi airport is seamlessly arranged and included, making access straightforward and guest-focused. In comparison, the approach here felt less accommodating. Dining presented a similar issue. Due to the hotel’s isolated location, the only practical option in the evenings is to eat on-site. While it is technically possible to order food from elsewhere or travel by scooter to nearby villages, this feels impractical after dark, particularly in unfamiliar surroundings. This leaves the hotel restaurants as the primary option, which are notably expensive and can feel repetitive over several nights. Taken together, these pricing elements did leave us feeling somewhat aggrieved. We would likely have spent more freely had the overall approach felt less extractive. That said, we otherwise had a fantastic stay, and it is simply something future guests should be aware of.

staff were amazing and very accomodating. Sreypa was our host - and she very much exceeded expectations in terms of service and organising activities on our behalf.

Beautiful resort overlooking the water

This hotel was outstanding. The rooms are amazing , clean , serviced twice a day or to your needs. The restaurants and bars serve quality fresh food and drink to a very high standard. The beach is perfect white sand and the sea is crystal clear. The hotel activities are great, I done the afternoon fishing trip and my wife and I done the snorkelling trip. Our hotel activity guide was Savy. He was great and really cares about you having a good time and is very knowledgable of the island and its surrounds. The main thing that makes this hotel stand out from other beach front luxury hotel we have stayed in before ,is the service. The staff are amazing , so kind and friendly and are there to assist you on anything you need. We would like to say thank you to Walter, who was our personal assistant and was always there to help and sorted out everything we needed , from booking restaurants and ranging local transport and excursion, he literally sorted everything and really made our trip so special. All through direct mobile contact where ever you are. We would also like ti thank Rimol from the ocean restaurant who served us every morning at breakfast. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

Nothing, it was perfect

We had high expectations of the hotel and they were very much exceeded - stunning location and amazing beach. Villas were spacious and luxurious. Food was excellent. And above all the staff were charming and provided top service.
