"I could not stay there because I didn't get access information in time."

I didn't receive ANY INFORMATION about how to access the facility until 6:55 ON the evening I had reserved. SO I COULDN'T USE THE PROPERTY AT ALL, and I lost my payment. I tried to respond, but the message bounces back. I'm very disappointed and should get a full refund. It will be apparent that I did not stay in the property

give me notice of how to get in while I could still use the property, and provide a way to communicate with the property about the problem, which I was not given

"Memorable, but forgettable."

The View was decent

Check in time was posted for 3PM We arrived just before 3pm. We weren't able to check in until 5:15. The Host should have communicated with us prior to our arrival. As a result this non communication disrupted the entire evening. We weren't able to attend the event we had Plannned. We were not able to use the tickets purchased for the Mary J Blige concert!!!
