1 Bedroom Luxury Apartment

The apartment has a nice view of downtown Birmingham. The Building has 24 hour security and is in a safe area.

To enter the building you need a door code and the door code never worked. I messaged the host several times. I had to continually use the QR code from my email, which could be a problem if your phone runs out of charge and you can't access the message. The whole process was confusing on arrival and was never resolved. The apartment is nicely laid out, but the furnishings and decor are bare minimum, Ikea basic, as are the dishes and utensils. No water glasses - only wine glasses. No toaster. Only a few plates and utensils. Nothing in the apartment is really upscale. Many of the elevators were not running, and the pool was also closed.

Our AirBnB was not stocked with anything, not even toilet paper. Even when we asked for glasses, coffee cups and water, it was not provided. For such a luxury high rise, the experience in our apt was very disappointing. The bed was a queen but comfortable

Location was perfect and the actual apartment was sublime.

Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we weren’t there in the right season for that so nothing can be done about that.
