Value for money.

They gave me a smoking room in spite of my objection.

Very helpful receptionist. 10 out of ten stars

Clean, window, hot shower, helpful staff and central.

Bed is uncomfortable, very hard.

The room and hotel are very clean. The staff is helpful and uses efficiently a language app... contrary to me! Excellent laundry service even with a very short delay.

The hotel is a bit far although a cab to the center costs only 30 000 dongs. Maybe the owner could provide some written indications in english like in the bathroom. The floor of the shower is very slippery and dangerous and there is nothing to grab on the wall in case one falls. So a plastic mat on the floor and some bars on the wall of the bathroom would be welcome for safety reasons.

Floor in the bathroom was wet when we checked-in and walls were very moldy and so room was smelly. In the trash can we found a used condom. The receptionist was nice but didn't speak any English.

the hotel was very nice for the money.
