Location was close to the AEON Mall Nice shower

So loud at night time, I told reception that the room beside us was loud but nothing was done. I read reviews saying the bed was hard but oh my god it’s like lying on a bed of concrete (no joke) Don’t take care

I reserved the room with a window but there was no window. I told the staff about it. He kept saying sorry and didn't do anything. I think they deliberately post pictures of rooms with windows to attract customers. Besides, bed was as hard as a rock.
