Step to Kotor bay Perast

Our stay here was extremely pleasant and relaxing. Waking up every morning was a real highlight. The view from the balcony is genuinely wonderful, and the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful both during the day and at night. The host’s representative was always available and very helpful, communication was easy from the very beginning, including the check-in process, which was simple and convenient. We also received great recommendations for restaurants, shops, and places to visit nearby. It never felt like a formal rental experience. There was real care and attention to guests. Upon arrival we found a large bottle of drinking water, tea, coffee, cookies, and a complimentary bottle of very good local wine. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen appliances, cookware, ironing facilities, and many small practical details that make traveling easier. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout our stay. Guests also receive discounts at several restaurants in Kotor and Dobrota, as well as at a local shop, which was a nice bonus. Another major advantage for travelers by car is the private parking area. In this part of Montenegro, especially in historic towns like Perast, parking can make a huge difference. Perast itself turned out to be an excellent base for exploring Montenegro. Within about an hour’s drive there are many very different and interesting places to visit, while the town itself remains much quieter and calmer than most of the more crowded tourist destinations in the region. After long day trips, it was genuinely nice to return here in the evening. The owner clearly chose the location very carefully and made the most out of it. Staying here was exceptionally comfortable. We would gladly come back again and will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Really nothing to improve here. The place is above any expectations for the price.

It is spacious, comfortable, has a beautiful surrounding environment, and the staff is kind. However, there is no terrace in the picture.

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. A special thanks to Vukasin, who was our main contact throughout the entire stay. He was always easy to reach, answered all our questions quickly, and gave us very helpful tips. He also kindly helped us with restaurant reservations, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

There was a slight drain smell in the apartment from time to time. Also a bit unusual, but not a big issue: one bathroom window had no privacy screen, and right outside is the sun terrace of another apartment.

Our favorite stay for our trip! This apartment was a dream! An easy walk down to an adorable town, great location for exploring the surrounding area and the view was perfection!

The property was clean, spacious, quiet, and all necessities were provided. The property had many features, like heated bathroom floors, balconies overlooking unobstructed views, and a sauna. The staff was exceptional as well. Communication was clear, kind, and fast. The perfect spot in Perast.
