Step to Kotor bay Perast

Silent, view, very kind stuff. We can highly recommend this hotel,

The location was good and the apartment was clean

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the microwave and coffee maker were not in working order.

Such a magical spot. The view over the bay is spectacular, the location is excellent and the hosts couldn't be more accommodating. We loved our stay and can't recommend it more highly.

Perfect apartment in a super convienient location. (Just lots of steps) Apartment 9 didnt have its own terrace but had benches outside with the most incredible views! The room/kitchen and bathroom was a great bedsit for a base for a few days. Thank you

Beautiful views over Kotor Bay from right outside the property. It’s also only a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop (into Kotor). We also really appreciated the welcome wine!

Be aware there aren’t direct views from all the rooms. It’s also a few flight of stairs up from the Perast waterfront - not a problem for us but could be tricky if you have mobility issues.

Great location, just a few steps to the main street/ waterfront; free parking next to the location; complimentary drinks; spacious and nice furnished room

Due the old building, the humidity was very high and it smelled a little musty; bathroom door didn’t close; cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved No reception, but staff was available

Location was great, very central. Room size and layout was good. Staff were polite and helpful. There was no washing machine although self catering but staff will wash and dry clothes for you onsite for about 5 euros A complementary bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival was a nice touch

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, hard, and needs replacing. Pillows were inadequate, and only 2 very slim ones were provided The bathroom was very small Parking was limited and difficult Our room had no balcony or patio, and the doors opened onto the guest car park. The door had glass, so we had to hand a towel in front of it to sleep. It needs a blind or curtain Ther descent to the waterfront was via steep old steps, so property is unsuitable for people with physical chalkenges

Het personeel is super vriendelijke, het balkon van ons appartement (appartement met zeezicht) was groot met een prachtig uitzicht en de locatie is top!

Op het eerste gezicht lijkt het appartement super, maar als je er een aantal dagen bent valt dit toch tegen. Het appartement is super klein, je kunt eigenlijk niet eens je koffer kwijt, zelfs voor 2 personen. De badkamer is smoezelig, veel is verroest of versleten en de douche zit zo onhandig geplaatst dat de halve badkamer onder water staat na het douchen. Wij hadden dit appartement met name gekozen voor de keuken, maar deze is zo karig ingericht dat koken amper mogelijk is. Het appartement is daarnaast duur, het duurste wat wij in twee weken hadden in Montenegro, en dat is het simpelweg niet waard voor enkel de locatie. Het appartement is super gehorig waardoor je je boven- en onderburen en de parkeerplaats naast het gebouw erg goed hoort. Al met al is het een prima appartement voor een nachtje als je op doorreis bent maar wij raden het niet aan voor een langer verblijf.
