The assistant was incredibly helpful, providing detailed instructions for the hotel, which were especially useful when I arrived around midnight. I am grateful for their assistance in securing this apartment for my stay.

Very clean and tidy.

The property is great. The outside noise is the let down. Perfect if your working nights. And sleeping in the day.

Flat was clean and appears new

There was id details and security deposit required before you could check in. This was not made very apparent before booking. Electronic access to the flat but didn't get the email giving details. Had to contact Sophie several times ( though should complement her for her patience response).

The location was superb, right in the heart of Leicester, perfect for all amenities and was perfect walking distance to the train station.

The property was very secure, exceptionally clean and very spacious.
