No parking for the accommodation, don’t see any staff so unsure where to go if problem

Very spacious and clean, 2 showers and toilets, modern kitchen and spacious dining area. Checking in was smooth. Really easy to follow instructions to get in to the property and then in to the apartment.

Not the owners fault but smelled like previous guests had smoked something in there…… The bar across the street played loud music late into the night. Understandably this can’t be avoided being a city centre location. But the welcome basket had ear plugs in them so that was nice.

We were not supplied with the entry code in advance of our arrival despite having completed the required admin. We stood outside in freezing rain for 20 minutes waiting for our phone call to be returned. Eventually another resident let us in to the lobby where we waited some more for the code to the apartment. Bedrooms directly opposite a nightclub which played extremely loud music until 4 am; clients in the street shouting. The ear plugs (supplied) were ineffective against the incredibly loud bass which reverberated through the apartment.

The location was just what we wanted, in the centre of Leicester City. Perfect! The flat was modern, well equipped and very clean. One newly decorated bathrom and one newly decorated en-suite was great for four people. Communication with the manager before and during the stay was excellent. There is not a lot of parking in the area but the multi-story car park on Newarke Street solved that issue and was only three minutes walk away.

Just a couple of observations really, nothing that had an impact on our stay. A table or wall lamp in the lounge for a bit more ambient lighting, a row of coat hooks in the hall and a bedside lamp or two could be beneficial.

Excellent city centre location,felt safe. Comfortable apart from the pillows ( rock hard) this has been commented on in previous reviews. Very close to the Cathedral and Richard 3 visitors centre, good pubs and eateries.

Rock hard pillows,coffee tables wobbly dangerous with hot drinks,they only need tightening up. Bedside lights and hooks in the bathroom, maybe coathooks in the hallway for outdoor coats.
