Light airy comfy small double room with en-suite

Good location, soon found the row of coffee shops! Shops, boat trips and other facilities within walking distance. House is in a quiet location. Everything I needed in the room. Excellent base for catching up with family and friends. It was a bit difficult to access the key box as I have very arthritic fingers with little grip or strength. Luckily the owner saw me struggling and came to my rescue. Not used a key box before, so now I'm prepared for the next one.

The room is a short walk from the city centre. It is clean and comfortable, and Jo is friendly and discreet.

Great location for exploring Falmouth and surrounding areas . 10minute walk to Swanpool Beach and 15min walk to the centre of Falmouth. Spotlessly clean and lovely helpful host

VERY comfortable bed, clean shower, clever wardrobe & shelves, all sorts of teas/coffee/milk, totally independent access & leafy outlook! THANK YOU

Quiet peaceful location; clean, tidy and with eco cleaning fluid.

Tiny sink; impractical to wash and with an annoying rotating plug. Unable to wash tea cups, hence best for a one night stay. Only a fixed door separated room from sounds of house. Bathroom lights very low on lumens.

Good location and easy to get in with Lockbox. Own entrance and privacy. Small room but comfortable enough for a short stay with an ensuite and place to hang clothes. No frills but we were out most of the time. Tea facilities and biscuits. Close walk to town and beaches.

No shower gel or shampoo but luckily a shop wasn't too far away. No set parking, but ample on the road if you can get a spot. Could hear people talking in the room next door and walking above us which is own natural in an annexe but didn't feel totally private. Shower was a bit tight but not the end of world. Satisfactory for the price and size and for a couple nights stay.
