"A quiet, homely little gem."

The homely feel to the accommodation made a pleasant change from sterile hotels. Comfy warm room with an en suite made a perfect bolt hole from storm Darragh.

Nothing on this occasion. Exactly what Was needed for a brief two night stopover.

I was able to walk down to Swanpool beach in about 10-15 mins along Helston estuary. My room was well situated midway between the coast and the town, and was a lovely refuge with sweet pets. Super warm!

"Hidden Treasure ."

The room is bright fresh & well presented with a few lovely added extras The double bed is very soft and comfortable , the shower room spotlessly clean The apartment as a whole is perfect for a solo traveller.Situated near the beautiful Swanpool area of Falmouth .I would certainly recommend this excellent little hideaway.

May be a little difficult to locate at 1st but this adds to its charm

"Quiet location ideal for a short stay"

Quiet location about 20 mins walk from waterfront. Quite small room but okay for short stay. Reasonable price. Good communication with owner who worked well with our luggage transfer company.

Bed as noted is a DOUBLE. No hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner (but provided upon request). Could use a few hooks for hanging clothes.

"Perfect central short stay"

Perfect cozy place to stay for a short trip away. Friendly welcome from Jo and family. Location is very central so great walking distance to all falmouth has to offer. Smart TV, stocked with kettle, teas & coffee was a bonus. Really quiet area in the night so peaceful sleep. Overall great stay, thanks!
